The workers were nice. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the crudo and the lobster pasta was okay. I liked their beef bourguignon although it took a bit to come out. The inside of the hotel is nice- it’s all the way inside to the left once you come in.
I like the place, food was good and the service was excellent. However, a few things can be improved in my opinion. For instance, I ordered onion soup but it did not come with any bread. That could have made the dish even more delicious than it was. Moreover, the carafe of wine is nothing like other places in Europe, mainly France. To be honest it was very small. So I think they should change the size of the carafe; definitely. Lastly, the music doesn’t match the environment. It sounded like the music playing was to distract the employees than setting the environment for clients. In fact, the music was very loud. Nothing against modern songs but if it was playing jazz or any kind of lounge music, the environment would be more intimate and fancy than it is.
Food was decent but over priced. Some meals are better than others. The service was nice but slow, but we noticed others were served quickly. I got the skillet omelette which was good, but a little too salty and too hot. My friend got the croque madam which was a great sized portion and tasted good. We also ordered the donut tower which was mid (do not recommend)
Came and ordered three hanger steaks rare, two of them were beyond perfection but the third was extra well done and dry and chewy but everyone was so nice we just wanted to finish up and leave. Will be back, but wish they'd pay closer attention.
