Shirley Brasserie will be featuring a special Valentine's Day inspired four-course tasting menu for $125 per person, with optional Rose Wine tasting. Chef Craig Hopson, featured in LA Magazine, will be producing classic French dishes with a unique perspective depicting Brasserie fare in the tradition of the Alsatian region of France.
Starting with a wood-fire grilled baked potato, the first course includes choice of Salad Rouge of Beets, Coal Grilled Puget Sound Oysters Kilpatrick, or Bay Scallops. Our main course includes choice of Lamb Chop and Confit Lamb Shoulder, Char Grilled Sea Bass, Wood Grilled Honeynut Squash, or Cote De Boeuf for two for an additional upcharge. For a sweet ending, a choice of Rhubarb Pavlova, Rose Poached Pear, or French Beignets.
