Each dinner will feature five courses - three from the visiting chef and two by Chef Hopson, culminating in a collaborative dessert that promises to leave your taste buds tingling.

Our chefs will blend local and seasonal ingredients from California with culinary techniques and traditional flavors from their respective cultures, all with a French influence reminiscent of Shirley Brasserie's signature style. From the bustling streets of Hollywood to the culinary capitals of New York City, France, Copenhagen, and Brazil, we'll transport you around the globe without ever leaving your seat.

To complement these worldly creations, our expert team of sommeliers from the famed French House, Maison Marques & Domaines, will curate a special wine pairing experience. Choose from our $70 or $95 wine pairing options and enjoy newly released or sought-after wine and champagne varietals with each course.
